David Kahan
General Counsel
David Kahan has been the General Counsel for KRE Group since 1991. He is responsible for legal representation of the affiliated entities of the company and oversees all legal aspects of the company's acquisition and development activities, including financings, due diligence, redevelopment, environmental compliance, zoning and land use approvals, condominium structuring, and business entity organization. Mr. Kahan also manages outside counsel in litigation and administrative proceedings, acquisitions, development, and financings. Mr. Kahan received a B.A. in English from Georgetown University in 1984 and his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in 1987. He is a member of New Jersey, New York, Maryland and Virginia Bars.
