Joseph Punia

Joseph Punia has been a real estate developer for more than 30 years and is Executive Vice President at KRE Group. During his twelve year tenure at KRE Group, Mr. Punia has been responsible for the approval and construction of over 2,500 multifamily units and more than 20 commercial properties. Mr. Punia is also a principal at Punia Company, where he has been responsible for site engineering, approval and construction management of 1,500,000 square feet of office and industrial projects. Mr. Punia received his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and his M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
