Justin Gingeleskie has been a real estate leasing professional since 1997 and is Director of Leasing at KRE Group. Mr. Gingeleskie oversees leasing for the more than 3.6 million square feet of office, warehouse and retail properties owned and managed by KRE Group. Since joining the firm in 2006, Mr. Gingeleskie has completed over 110 transactions valued at over $100 million dollars and has achieved 95%+ occupancy rate across the portfolio. Prior to joining KRE Group, Mr. Gingeleskie was a senior leasing professional at the Gale Company (now part of Mack-Cali) and worked as a commercial real estate broker for Cushman & Wakefield and the David Cronheim Company. Mr. Gingeleskie received his B.S. in Finance from the College of New Jersey (cum laude) and his M.S. in Real Estate Finance (summa cum laude) from New York University.
