Thomas Gough
Director of Construction & Land Approvals
Thomas Gough has been a construction professional for over 25 years and is Director of Construction and Land Approvals for KRE Group. Since joining KRE Group in 2007, Mr. Gough has been responsible for the successful land approvals and land entitlements of nearly 1,000,000 sq. ft. of commercial and industrial space and more than 500 residential lots. In addition, Mr. Gough has overseen the completion of more than 500 residential apartments. Prior to joining KRE Group, Mr. Gough was Director of Construction for DeLuca Homes and was V.P. of Construction and Site Development for Kara Homes. Throughout Mr. Gough's career, he has managed the construction of nearly 4,000 residential units and numerous assisted living facilities and office buildings. Mr. Gough received his B.S. in Engineering & Business Statistics from the Pennsylvania State University and his M.B.A. from LaSalle University.
